Commercial Fireplaces
Commercial Fireplace Overview
Incorporating a fireplace into a commercial space can transform it into a cozy and welcoming haven, significantly improving the ambiance for both customers and staff alike. All Seasons Fireplace boasts a portfolio of installations across a diverse array of venues, including but not limited to, restaurants, dental practices, advertising firms, fitness clubs, legal offices, and holistic wellness centers.
In comparing fireplace options for commercial use one must look at the following:
-
Safety
Not every fireplace brand is appropriate for commercial environments. The architects and designers we partner with choose brands like DaVinci, which are engineered with integrated safety features for public spaces. DaVinci's double- glass design helps keep the surface glass cooler to the touch, an important consideration in high-traffic areas and areas where children may be unattended. In heat is not a requirement, some professionals choose water vapor, electric or holographic fireplaces. All Seasons Fireplace can recommend brands in each of those categories.
-
Reliability
Fireplaces in commercial settings are used for longer periods of time and more days of the year, so it is important to choose brands that have undergone rigorous testing.
-
Venting
Commercial remodeling projects often involve multi-story buildings and complex HVAC systems, which can make it challenging to add a vented fireplace. In these situations, long vent runs and power venting can solve many design constraints, but architects, designers, and engineers may also choose electric, water vapor or holographic fireplaces to simplify venting requirements.
-
Maintenance
Fireplaces in commercial spaces require regular service, so the surrounding design and finishes must allow clear access to the mechanical systems. Technicians also need to remove the glass for routine cleaning, and very large glass panels can be more challenging to handle and maintain.
Our installation crew works with your construction team to ensure that your fireplace is installed to the manufacturers' specifications. And because we are a local company, we can be available when your team needs us during the installation and afterward. We will be here to service and maintain your fireplaces whenever you need us. Our selection of products is specifically designed for commercial settings which ensures consistent safety and performance.
We consult with you during the specification process and on site during the construction phase as needed. Here is what one of our partners has to say about the experience of working with us.
We asked Mark Nelson from David Heide Studio to tell us about his experience working with All Seasons Fireplace.
"Oh yes, I remember it very clearly. We were working on a custom condo remodel involving a complicated power vent linear fireplace with one of your competitors and it wasn’t going well. Frustrated, our client stopped the process with the other fireplace company. We came to Joe and he picked up the project and finished in a very short time frame to our satisfaction and to the satisfaction of our client. We have been coming to Joe ever since.
