In comparing fireplace options for commercial use one must look at the following:

• Safety 

   Not every fireplace brand is appropriate for commercial environments.  The architects and designers we partner with choose brands like DaVinci, which are engineered with integrated safety features for public spaces.  DaVinci's double- glass design helps keep the surface glass cooler to the touch, an important consideration in high-traffic areas and areas where children may be unattended. In heat is not a requirement, some professionals choose water vapor, electric or holographic fireplaces.  All Seasons Fireplace can recommend brands in each of those categories.

• Reliability 

  Fireplaces in commercial settings are used for longer periods of time and more days of the year, so it is important to choose brands that have undergone rigorous testing. 

• Venting 

  Commercial remodeling projects often involve multi-story buildings and complex HVAC systems, which can make it challenging to add a vented fireplace. In these situations, long vent runs and power venting can solve many design constraints, but architects, designers, and engineers may also choose electric, water vapor or holographic fireplaces to simplify venting requirements.

• Maintenance 

  Fireplaces in commercial spaces require regular service, so the surrounding design and finishes must allow clear access to the mechanical systems. Technicians also need to remove the glass for routine cleaning, and very large glass panels can be more challenging to handle and maintain.
